Q:  If I need to end my Audi lease early, what happens?

Should your driving needs change and you need to terminate your lease early, Audi West Palm Beach is here to help! For additional information on early termination, please call us with your vehicle year, model, mileage, options, condition, and your VIN number and our lease specialists will inform you of your options.

Q:  Even if I still have a year left on my current lease, is it possible to get a new Audi model?

Yes! In fact, you could potentially qualify for our Audi Owner Loyalty Incentive for a new lease or purchase saving you thousands. Additionally, Audi may waive your security deposit. These are only two of the fantastic benefits to upgrading your current Audi lease.

Q:  Can I turn my vehicle into a non-Audi dealer?

No. Your vehicle must be turned in to an authorized Audi Dealer. Contact your Audi Dealer to schedule a turn in appointment.

Q:  How do I stop ACH payments after I turn in my vehicle?

If you decide to turn in your vehicle while monthly payments still remain, please ensure that you stop automatic bill payment with us or your bank, if applicable. To stop the Audi Financial Services automatic bill payment, simply log into AudiFS.com/myaccount or call us at 866-277-8191 to discontinue this service.

Q:  What charges may be included on the final Turn-In Settlement Invoice?

You may be responsible for:

  • Excess wear and use charges
  • Excess mileage charges
  • Any remaining payments and/or charges specified in your lease agreement that haven't been paid
  • Taxes and/or state fees or fines
  • Disposition fee,* when applicable

*The disposition fee on your current lease will be waived if you purchase your current leased vehicle or lease or purchase a new or Certified pre-owned Audi through Audi Financial Services within 120 days of returning your Audi model.
